My review of "ONCE UPON A TIME IN WONDERLAND"

Are You ready for a new look at the wonder that is "IN WONDERLAND" for the sake of not having grand competitive competition against those mega awesome comedies of another network. Well after reading this I DO hope you will give the series that this poster

represent at least a try of a leap of faith in a new thing. Please enjoy this for it has....well read on to find out?

Hello to all lovers of everything this side of a certain Rabbit hole, Well as you all know earlier tonight was the long awaited start of one of my favorite literary characters that no matter how you like her or her fantasy driven way of her tale being told, way too many people put  the actual yarn outta their reach to know of. It does seem that this time through though is very well thought out of Lewis Carroll's heroine that is very changeable by the way of size, by the people who started three years ago the series known as "ONCE UPON A TIME" series which in every way taken on a grand little life of it's own as well.... Here is a quick overview of this strange switchroo of Alice and her pal the Mad Hatter seen here

by the network that brought us the series known as "LOST".  Alice climbs out of the rabbit hole at the start of this in her famous dress and apron seen at left but not with her face looking like the Mad Hatter's. She runs home and knocks on her parents front door, when she does try to explain where she has been her very own father decides he won't hear of it at all, so he goes and puts her in a asylum where she is forced to forget all about her time in Wonderland and has grown into a young lady who is now trying to get out of the asylum by facing it's very Psych ward board of directors
, while her pal the rabbit who is voiced by John Lithgow is finding her help from a fellow known as the Knave of Hearts played by Micheal Socha which he owns her something exactly what we know not as of yet

, Alice beats the tar out of the orderlies as she and the Knave and the Rabbit go back to Wonderland to prove that it does exist....only to find out that a whole lot has changed even more so than the previous time she was there. In this take on "Miss Alice" unlike others in this she has a love story in the mix with a Genie named Cyrus, she returns to Wonderland to also find out where he is, for when they were last together the two them were fighting off the Red Queen, and her army when Cyrus was tossed into a erupting boiling sea that we don't know existed in Wonderland. Now just before this had happen Cyrus gave Alice three gems that are red in color that can count as useful wishes, when needed, while in search of my favorite character the Man known as The M.H. since we all know his real identity lets use those for now as who he is, Alice & Knave run into another old friend of hers known as "Cheshire" and she notices one great difference about him that being he's no longer just stripped in shades of Purple, he just all out Black. Alice believes when Knave saves her from "Cheshire" that he has used one of Cyrus' gems to do something of his own craziness, but to prove he's wanting to help her still even though they just were MAD at each other and went their own paths he gives all three back. It also seems as if the rabbit like always is a pawn of the Red Queen, she wants the gems but tells the rabbit to keep Alice and Knave in the dark about it. Then there is Jaf'far whom seems to hold power of far more vile magic over both the Red Queen, and the whole of Wonderland, (and is portrayed by the torturer of "LOST" known as Syaid

, Naveen Andrews) for it seems at the end of "Once upon a time in Wonderland" that he is Alice's other main foe from "Through the Looking Glass" her way of viewing things from the other side of the mirror in the original sequel to "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" that creature of Evilness called the Jabberwocky. Here are my own thoughts on this hopefully wonderful series, I like how it is DEFINITELY giving those who do and are still learning about the character of Alice either for the first time or be it the umpteenth go around we can all find something like her creator "Lewis Carroll" wanted. That of course being, in a child's dreamworld, and know dreams of any kind are what you really make of them. So here is a question to YOU my loyal fan reader will you take a chance in a million on another trip into Wonderland with Alice!

FOR I KNOW I WILL.
