At the end of each month I will be posting my walking and distance


Hey there all you walkers,
At least I hope you will all decide to after hearing these very lengths of stretching I have been doing all month long since getting a "SPORTLINE" pedometer way back in early July. I got to writing down my steps that I'm taking and the distance too I was hoping you my reading public I hope you don't mind me calling you that would please help in keeping me truthful with myself. Like the title of this posting please remember that walking is the best way to control your eating in your daily diet a whole lot more than you'll ever know. Please let me tell you I went and like mentioned before ate watermelon and drank a litter of water each trek I did in my attempt to get to here besides also like I said lowering my sodium intake of what I consume when I eat my meals. Remember you should talk with your doctor if need to change your peace of your lifestyle for they know what's best for you, even if you think you yourself know be responsible and do it for your health in life if for no other matter at all.
