A gem indeed worth sharing about
(what is Spidey trying to find on the bookshelf here at "ADVENTURES UNDERGROUND" ,Well let's join him to see what he does choose?)
Hey I want to share with you all one great part of Spider-Man history that for the longest part that had never seen print expect in daily form for newspapers. I also briefly talked about this very strip origins in history of Marvel comics being purchased by the Disney corporation in my blog ("Quite Interesting to say in the least part II"). Back in October at the local comic shop that I visit in my old part of Richland where I used to live I found the release of this
,it's so very cool because it's all of the newspaper stories from the very beginning and I have always wanted this from when I was a per teenager, when I was reading the strips from back in Maryland when I lived there back in the mid to late eighties. I remember it as far back when I was visiting my grandparents Ben & Evelyn Powers in the late nineteen seventies as well and in the very early parts of the early eighties as well. I also recall when I got back from living in Maryland I found a copy of the BEST OF SPIDER-MAN newspaper strip at FAR WEST bookstore in Kennwick Washington. Now I happen to have a question for you and that is would you be able to tell the difference between a strip like this
or
and know a joke from an adventure strip. I'm almost certain you would but do you think you'd know of the history of what making a newspaper strip is like at all. Oh and hey you may never know maybe just maybe one day I will add the newspaper strip of the Amazing Spider-Man to this very blog. Just keep waiting I guess you will?
