Truly a sad day for Mister Spock fans........

Ah....I'm just trying to think what more I can say about a man who played one of science fiction's most Iconic alien's that has delighted so many fans of not only Star Trek which was that alien's origins, yet also one of kind type of a human being who portrayed him I want to today honor TV/movie actor Leonard Nimoy. Just a month ago tomorrow he will have passed away from the smoking  disease known as (c.o.p.d.) and yes today would have been his well I will let him explain it best as that very alien seen here

,with his captain of the ship he served on. Now I know I have talk a lot this month about this very interesting character known as Mister Spock. Yet I still don't think any of all of those words that I have written so far can tell not only you but myself as well how much the Spock character means to me Matt Byrd. Now I have to say I know I say that I remember most if not all things from the first time I have been introduced to something that I love especially when it is anything science fiction related, yet my very first episode of the original series truly does elude me? I would like to think it was in nineteen seventy nine when I went an choose to like the old Walt Disney movie "Escape from Witch Mountain" and "The Cat from Outer Space" for it may even of been Star Trek the motion picture that brought me to liking Star Trek as a kid if not that then for sure it was "Star Trek's Wrath of Khan that brought me to eventually seeing the original series on television. Yet as I say though I can't remember my first of knowing Mister Spock. I do hope that you the reader of this understand that as I said on February twenty seventh that even the best aliens are human at their core. The reason I liked Mister Spock was because as Leonard always said he was playing the part as a serious character no matter what his lines of dialogue were he saw the character as a hope of humanity in being inspiration for all of understanding  ourselves. I never met him in person but fans of his that have said he was their favorite original series character but as to if their thoughts could be translated into words of feeling I would like to think they would sum up Mister Spock that way, but then again I just don't know?
As for how I see Nimoy's way of bringing Gene Roddberry's  first true alien of Trek to life is Awesome for besides being funny at times Mister Spock was  much like his second most popular catchphrase "FASCINATING for he never talked down to the other characters of the series except the good ol human doctor played by DeForest Kelly. He show a great love towards fans of Trek after having Spock die in "Wrath of Khan" he brought his beloved character back in the next feature appropriately titled "THE SEARCH FOR SPOCK" which he directed. Still I guess I can go on and on about how much even though he loved his character for a long while before even  the first movie he tried so very hard to separate himself from his lovable character with a book titled "I am NOT SPOCK" , in nineteen seventy five . Then just a few years ago in twenty eleven he wrote "I   AM SPOCK" where he pokes fun at himself and his most loved character. I believe that Spock was always best in being so smart for he stood up why being a knowledgeable in any world is just and he showed us more than anything being a Vulcan is just logical or in our cases of looking at life be the best you the that you can be in a wise way.

Happy 84th any way even though your no longer with us humans , Mister Nimoy  & your iconic character Mister Spock
