Calling all Barry Allen fans,calling even the fastest man alive fans,

Hey isn't that like saying Peter Parker of Marvel's Spider-Man really ain't Spidey (Well he isn't, anyway for the foreseeable future anyway......) in fact we are here tonight to talk of the still to me Matt rarely unknown liking of Marvel's competitor Detective Comics character Barry Allen who has been seen on television before. In the company's big hit called ARROW which is about a playboy who runs around his city in tights (so Sorry Bruce not you), but Oliver Queen is whom I'm talking about here.So let me give you all a quick run down of season two of "Archer Boy" as one of my many nick names for Mister Queen. Remember if you will that Arrow's televised story takes place in the present in his city of Starling City and from a remote island on which he was thought to be dead for the past five years of time. Oliver has come to realize after his friend's death of Tommy Merlyn (see Arrow season one finale coming soon...) Oliver must make a choice of "IF HE WILL BE THE HOOD anymore after witnessing that his mother is put in jail, awaiting murder charges, and his own holdings of Queen Enterprises are challenged by the new comer played by (Firefly, Terminator the Sarah Connor chronicles, Summer Glau) is only the beginning. Then after encountering a lass who calls herself the Black Canary Oliver tells both of his partners he's doesn't want to be known as "The Hood anymore.... As to the Carney's real identity it isn't who you the comic fan person to believe it to be of Laurel Lance but rather it's her sister Sara Lance whose was on the Queen's Gambit with Oliver and his father. Then a foe from season one that is known as  a drug lord called The Count returns. An a slew of stuff in flashbacks happen from on the  island as well....Now comes Mister Alllen's  episode entitled " The Scientist" part one of two which will air next week as the winter finale.Now before I go and show you all who the new Barry Allen is let's go back to the year nineteen ninety, when I was a Junior in high school and a following Tim Burton's movie of the above mentioned Bruce there was a television series known as the  "FLASH".  
 
           









 
That starred John Wesley Shipp whom later went on to star in one of the two sequels of "THE NEVER ENDING STORY" trilogy after being the silver age version of Detective Comics character police scientist Barry Allen. Whom one night while working with chemicals during a lighting storm has a very freaky accident 

,which gives him the powers of being the fastest man alive. He with the help of fellow S.T.A.R. LABS scientist Tina McGee (portrayed by Amanda Pays) created his famous RED suit after finding out how far his endurance was. The show main downfall was that it originally aired against "The Cosby Show" then was like a lot series now shifted to where it's core audience could never find it, at least for me it was that way. So sadly the series lasted only a season and never renewed. As to who is the actor who plays Mister Allen in Oliver Queen's series "ARROW" is "GLEE" star  

Grant Gustin whom will help Oliver recover after a very vicious fight with a character that seems unstoppable.... Tune in next week to see if Barry will be much help on the C.W. network in the Winter finale of ARROW.
