The genre known as Sci-FI now has two Spocks say what?

Hello Sci-Fi and comic lover fans alike, 
I'm sure most of us know that way back when there was a character put to paper by a Television writer named Gene Rodenberry and actor Leonard Nimoy whom came up with the pointy eared fictional Vulcan named Spock in the never before seen pilot to the ever popular science fiction  known as Trek, Well actually Star Trek, that made us believe at a time of finding yourself with peace and love was with drugs in the nineteen sixties you could also truly believe in exploration through peek on your TV sets. Spock had turned out to be not only cool by his viewpoints ending more times than not with the word "Fascinating ....." he is a loyal friend to his commanding officer James T Kirk and always it seemed to smart for his other earth friend known as Dr. McCoy.    

 Star Trek originally ran from September 8,1966- June 3,1969, yet way before that "S definable series of scenic fiction came about there was two fellows with S as their starting initial who came up with this fellow  

who also starts with the letter "S" way before Star Trek was a gleam in any fan of science fiction eye. Still we are not here to really chat about either one these grand characters who share more in common than one might think? or at least now they do.....You know sometimes things that I post here at the site happen for a reason and even through I am planing other reasons to share the image seen off to the right      
 












, I have just found out even though I don't like the parent company who owns Spider-Man right now known as Marvel Comics for a Major reason that you can find out in other postings here. Still there is a HUGE HIT going on the internet that in the genre known as science fiction or specular tales if you will that's what science fiction was referred to over three centuries ago People who are searching out Spider-Man right this minute are finding pictures of him fighting this guy known as Otto Octavius        

 , who like Mister Spock of Star Trek fame has more or less pulled a mind switch with Mister Peter Parker of late.......
 














How did this happen? And if it really did occur where is Peter Parker himself throughout this whole sticky shakeup mess of being in the wrong line of work of being a hero? I think that the writer of the title named Dan Slott is stuck in the Star Trek wannabe universe for as fans of Star Trek does anyone remember "Star Trek II The Wrath of Khan" where at the end before saving the enterprise Spock put his mind into McCoy's head for safe keeping while his body rested on the Genesis planet only to be reemerged on his home planet of Vulcan. Anyway right now Spider-Man himself has Octavius's mind and goes by the name Spider-Ock but wouldn't it be much cooler oh so very much so if he was just known till this story arc runs it's course as SPOCK.....

Hello to Twinkie lovers the world over, 
  I am certain who can't say they have heard of HOSTESS  closing it's doors last year is still missing those sponge cakes along with every other cake or pie treat the company made is still in tears in a tearful creamy filled way. Now I won't give those of you who are hoping for the company's comeback a answer as to what's happening because like you I don't know either? But I did want you the reader to know that back when I did write about the bankruptcy that night I went in search of something real fast!  What could it have been your wanna know well the answer is in the title here are some old ads with well known characters like Detective Comics main super heron good ol Wonder Woman

Differnet Strokes has only one cast member alive.....

Hello out there to fans of "Different Strokes" television series,

     Now come on you can tell me if you loved that very late nineteen seventies to mid nineteen eighties series about a rich billionaire who took in two African American boys after their mother who worked for him passed away. The Two kids names were Arnold Jackson played by the late Gary Coleman and his older brother Willis Jackson played by Todd Bridges. I'm sure that most you remember Coleman's famous line when he'd be in big deep trouble. Let's all say it "WhatChoo  Talkin bout Willis?" Well I'm sure that both Arnold and Kimberly Drummond the late Dana Plato will be having their Television series father Phillip Drummond seen here 

,with the three on again off again real life trouble making stars of that series Conrad  Bain whom played Mister Drummond will now be able to really look after them in the place in the clouds known as Heaven. For a very long time I had been thinking on and off again that the person who play that TV character had passed away oh so very long ago. I was thinking like sometime in the early nineties before either of Gary who passed away in 2010 or Dana who went to be with her loving father in May, nineteen ninety nine. I'm sure because of her last days here on earth Bain will find her and give her all the lost love she couldn't find in work or life after Different Strokes ended in 1986 (or at least I 'm thinking he would be?) His real life family consisted of  three sons and one daughter are greatly sadden by their loving father who died of natural causes at the age of eighty nine while in a retirement home in Livermore California, on this past Monday January fourteenth. So it turns out of the one remaining cast member of Different Strokes is Todd Bridges who as I said before play Willis From what I have read of Todd's character right now he says he has always respected Conrad as a father figure fictionally or otherwise...... And as a fan from afar of the series I'd loved to wish all of Conrad dearest fans of such beloved work a fond farewell with love.               

Late night TV has a great new runner in the mix

 Originally today I was gonna have today's posting be about some of Spidey wife known as Mary Jane art and about Todd McFarlane the fellow who drew this

, which I had happen to have of posted back in September of last year. Then at the last minutiae minute of the night after coming up with the title "More MJ art by a guy called McFarlane" more on that at another date. I recalled that tonight was the night that these two late night show hosts seen here  

,were talking about one of them competing with himself the one being interviewed of course and another famous Late night show host.....in the starting few weeks of January 2013....but who are these two who are talking by the way...... It turns out that it is CBS late man David Banner revealing how he cured himself of his alter ego the creature known as the Hulk, with Jimmy Kimmel . Nah it is definitely Kimmel though and the David wasn't the ghost of the late Bill Bixby now that would be scary wouldn't it???, he's having a chat with CBS late man Dave Letterman 
 










from back on his show JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE that was airing at the time after Letterman and that other late night host known as Leno at twelve thirty five A.M.  on the week before Turkey Day. So I'm sure that even though I rarely watch late TV I will try and catch this tonight for sure. Finally to prove this isn't a hoax here is

 Letterman himself wishing Jimmy all the best from that aired episode.  
 

The one place I'd love to go to......

Hey There all,
We all know a little something about this very place I'm talking about, in someway or other. Be it is from pictures like these 

now I know it sounds very crazy with these images being like they are faked and yes in truth almost everything about the military base known as Area 51 a few miles from Niles Air Force base may not seem like the most sanest place to want to look around at, but for someone like me who takes to knowing that some parts of science fiction fables or tales show us not only in our hearts and souls that some aspects can be proven to be a bit more than just fiction. I believe that I have always known that we are not alone in this journey called life, but in someway we are all alien to understanding each other and most notably ourselves. What I 'm getting at is I know that GOD gave us all intellectto come to HIM  through knowing the bible, HE also gave us that same brain power to come to a understanding of what we learn to explore all that we want to make us become whom we will be and to have a bit of wit of believing in that which we want to play with in wishing. And Back in nineteen forty seven on July eight in a town called Roswell  New Mexico it is said that a UFO (unidentified flying object) crashed in a farm but was later revealed to be a downed whether balloon. Now what I find very interesting about Area 51 is everyone says it has secrets that would scare us of fact that two alien bodies that look like this one here                 

are where the military are learning to build stealth planes, now as to if that's true I don't know? Or whatever it is they do there work wise is it those military personal go on to be science fiction writers (just joking), but the main reason I 'd love to go there to area 51 is to see if they are truly building  a live size fictional starship and yes I mean the Enterprise any of them from these gaming models   

 

 

to really and truly find a way to have away to find out if alien life does exist out beyond our own confines of the universe? Nha I'd really love to go there be able to say as a fan of sci-fi I want to have a saucer behind me as well on a alien road that leads to where I will never know?

My review of SPIDER-MAN season one

 Let me ask you all just one little thing okay maybe a lot more than just one, how does a company who has always been trying to keep their characters rich not learn to GROW THEM instead of repeatedly keep their audiences Hungering. Attention .Properly. Perching. Yearning.  (Did I just do something right there and yet not realize it with the word Happy, who knows....) Anyway can a slight twist on a classic make it new or better I'm in the unknown as much as you are? Yet with new twits to questions come more enriching answers. Like this two page spread

from the comic graphic novel I'm talking of today the killer of Peter Parker's dear uncle Ben  what if he was Peter's own age? I'm not sure if Stan Lee or the writer of this gem thought of that? Still I hope in the end you'll find a reason to  munch down on last year's release of SPIDER-MAN SEASON ONE!

Still can remember the first time I grew one......

Boy with those images on the far left there maybe I don't know you would be thinking that this is somehow related to that great green day called Saint Patrick's Day.???.......but hey it's to darn early to be thinking of things that are growing like springtime when it is still just the very start of the first month known as January. This very post is about that very subject of beards though.Now please tell me if you will if you recall me sharing about have a nail in my foot tale when I had gotten the child aliment known as the Chicken Pox when I was in my tenth grade year heading into my eleventh year of high school.I know that I have in sometime or other shared a wee bit of it in the past. Well that was when I was forced to actually let my face be engulfed by whiskers  for the first time and my mom's dad bless his heart did my first job for me of covering my paper rote run while I was mending back to my ever energized self.That was also the same time that my mom's cousin Bo Bartlett came with his sons and dad to visit us while they were traveling across the country. Luckily by time they came I was all but non contagious and didn't pass it on......I still had the beard though to be safe that I wouldn't still have the pox on my face and cause a famous known if you will "Scareface" look on my mug.So why in the world am I sharing this with you all is because since the beginning of the ninth month of last year with images like these    

and I had a great reason of why I was growing the whiskers of a lifetime I will get to that in a moment but at my Men Breakfast at the Cathedral of Joy liked my Willie Bully look so much that the kept asking me "Are You growing that for Winter?" I would always tell them it's for something to go with my Halloween look                    
. Of my own take on Toy Story character "Buzz Lightyear", they all asked or were telling me my look was great as a Shepard of in the old testament and new testament parts of the bible for weeks up until the week of Halloween they had convinced me with enough talk if I wanted to be a part of the church's annual Christmas performance known as "The Living Nativity" So I told work after cleaning it up right after Halloween that my church was wanting me to keep the "Wild Gruffly look, for a while longer after ol trick or treat night had passed" and they were okay with it as long as I groomed it nicely afterward so on the twenty third of December besides getting all last minute Christmas shopping completed I went got my Shepard  Wild mountain frontier look to by like 

this. So  I wanna ask you all a question should keep my beard and trim it up every couple of weeks till the real Irish Day or not? I feel like I can/could of course I'm just asking should my given promise of a baby skin face be my new look for the new year of twenty thirteen. Oh and did I forget something on the change day yesterday look around,if you need a hint?        

A crazy start to NEW YEARS....and more

Hello to all,
 Would anyone believe me if I told you I was really trying to set up thins very entry to be lined up with the date today of all days! I know your gonna say that's just silly because there is no way you can do that.......I will prove that you can though, "How can you do that your wondering because there is not nor will there ever be a thirteenth month, so how is it possible this time right? Well if you have forgotten about military time then you have forgotten everything can be possible and probable.For as we all know that lining up things  of the date are now impossible since December 12,2012 was the last set of digits that synced up in threes,yet as I was just saying if you use military time one can come up with today's date which is 13/13/13 . The hour has to be One o'clock in the afternoon and the minutes after
would be thirteen and add the year's last two numbers what do you get? Okay I so sorry if I overtaxed your brain cells there for a few minutes but today is the first of the year so I and Spidey here 
 










wanna wish every one a well you know? A very grand HAPPY NEW YEAR DAY and I hope that if you made any New Year resolution that your trying to stick to it?, if you really want too. I was up till almost midnight trying work on a Ending of the year set of posts when I was trying to set one up for two minutes till the Bang ,Boom,Blast of nosie to ring in the new year my internet crashed and was I ever irked because I was wanting to start the first post of the year straight up at the minute everything was going off.. Which would have been radically sweet right, but since that was outta the question I re watched the entry from on December's   eighteenth slot again   at like maybe I'm not sure but at the real time  of the thirteenth hour this morning (Just joking of course about it being that hour), it was really the second hour of the day known as one.
Now it is time for a couple of long overdue year end revealing starts as we begin year three of what's you know I still haven't come up for a good likable name for the monthly reveals of the Desktop image and site image and for whoever can come up with a catchy name for it I'd be forever in your debit. Oh before any reveals are made though I have to admit I put a lot of love into connecting a set of the plates in someway......... I know we usually    this by surprising you with the desktop plate last but since last month was about giving of ourselves in anyway we could I went searching for Spider-Man Christmas images and this very 

one spoke to me in valuable voluble with the need for presents for all people with the Children Hospital sign in the lower right hand corner need hope any or everyday that any child maybe hurt needs caring for with words of strength. Finally here is the end of background plate here at the site
