Meeting Kylie and Bryce on the boat

Hello Crew of readers,
Well today is the first day of my long awaited vacation time of the year, my folks are going to be here in a few minutes...Why you ask?, to pick me up outside my door for the first of many different options when my vacationing time is around. Last year right as soon as I got back from visiting them with Peta and Paige Mickleson, two of many nieces from a state known as Minnesota, in Cuncea Ecuador they said "Do you wanna do something different when your break time from work is?" and she offered up "Why not ask Matt if he wants to give something entirely changing and if he does Bryce and I will come along.....Hence we are here, a whole year later traveling up to Seattle to board a cruise liner called the "Disney Wonder", Which is docking here for the first time. After our drive up to Seattle and board the boat I won't be having the use of the wonderful little thing called the internet for a week. It would be a huge bill if I did just so you know why I don't put out anything for a few days...... Yet from what I see so far I will include pics later here and there of the whole voyage starting late in the evening of the fourth of June. So many questions will be answered then, as to did I have a BLAST of time.... Wait and see is all I can and will leave you with till that day Good day crew where ever you are reading this from?

Setting sail for a cruise......

Hello all,
I do hope that you have been enjoying your Memorial Day weekend of twenty twelve, so far with a good book or a good movie, if you don't have any family whom are or were in the armed services that is more than likely how you'll spend your weekend. If not for something else either well anyway with my so much let on about upcoming cruise I thought I'd share just a small dent of what I have done to prepare.....My folks have come from Cuenca Ecuador to help me start the many little trails I need to complete before shipping out. Boy you and I combine would think I'm in those armed services I mentioning before, huh? Well they got here late on Thursday and told me that my niece Heidi had a concert and a softball game at her school and that we'd push our plans for getting ready for the trip to yesterday. Heidi did great in both of her activities, even through her team lost she and her brother Cannon got some slick glowing shoelaces, from Mimi and Poppi. On Friday I caught up watching one those two movies I put up on Thursday, while my folks spent time with a family friend. Yesterday morning after my Men's Breakfast bible study , my mom came at a little after ten as I was calling Chuck at the exact same moment to find where she was? We shopped till about two for new duds and then later in the evening we went with Lyle my step brother to a place called Yummy Pho over in Kennwick over by the now reduced in size building called THE FLASH CUBE by whole floor and has a new billboard on it Conner, which just put on a few days ago. The building is no longer shiny as it was it's glass is now a sea green in color instead of the shiny blue crystal that it was for decades. Today was another day with Cannon and Heidi at the folks place of staying for swimming fun they even brought their neighbor friend Emma along to play with at the park after we also enjoyed a lite lunch at ol' country's buffet. So off I am till later enjoy the rest of your Memorial Day weekend as best it is.....

Remembering something big this week with..........

You all know I have a thing about numbers for some reason right?, well today I was just looking at the amount of views the site's had since another close call with a certain registry number of say another famous ship. Yet by the color scheme that I am writing the text of today's very entry doesn't help in giving you a clue by any means or does it? Maybe something of a little background of what I am yammering on about may help some huh? Had a segment during one there commercial breaks for a tease to THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN film unlike anything that has been shown to promote it so so far and from what it had in it I'm sorry I missed it.....

I'm almost certain anyone knows who I'm talking about right with this title heading alone right,well if not here's a Disney image

of said character with the fruit in question! We all know the tale of the girl who is called Snow White from that company who a few years ago brought a certain cast
of a comic book company. Or do we really know anything at all outside of the Disney classic animated film from nineteen thirty seven called Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs? All I really know is the last time I saw the video cassette box cover
was in the summer of nineteen ninety four at my dad's house for it was part of his two step daughters Disney collection of kid movies and DVD's were still pretty new at that time as well. Now to add more probing insight into the classic tale of Miss White's history just who are these chumps ,seen here? To answer that you have to know that they are brothers whom share the name of a favorite All Hal eve fictional scarier called Death or rather the first name of the Reaper...... these two brothers are the Grimm Brothers on the far left Jacob Ludwig Carl Grimm and his older brother Wilhelm Carl Grimm who were born fourteen months apart in the late sixteenth century to Philpp Wilhelm and Dorothea Grimm the were the second and third children out of nine all together. The Brother took a bunch of European fairy tales and published them under the name "Children's and Household tales" in December 1812 , it contained eighty six short stories with Snow White being number fifty three originally titled "Little Snow White". Today it is mostly listed as "GRIMM FAIRY TALES" volume one, if your want to know if it has changed at all. It is from this version we get all the elements of what is the core of what Walt Disney himself adapted into the film a hundred and twenty five years later. Now if we jump to the present you will have heard I hope of two Snow White based films the first came out earlier this year called , and the one opening in a few weeks time known as . Mirror,Mirror stars Julia Roberts as the wicked queen and Snow White and the Huntsman stars Charlize Theron ,and just for those wanting to know who the Huntsman is well look no further than an earlier summer flick that has a Marvel famous fallen Norse god called Thor.... As to how these latest two tales of a Princess who eats a poisoned apple stack up , I think it would be best for you to choose for yourself? I just think I will just because I love a good and different view than just the animated film. Yet all in all I think with these two new ones there will for sure will be forever three great takes on a Princess called Snow White.

A MOTHER is.....

Hello to all who need a great Mother's Day message,
I just am curious how will you show your mother a great bit of thanks for being who she is? will you take her out to a meal like I did last year when my mother was here in town. Or will you send her a card in the mail (boy I bet the post offices would love us around world if that happen you might think....?) Maybe you will say hello to her on a one of the social sites on the internet your linked to? There are more ways I'm certain telling the lady whom brought you into the world a very special kind of "I LOVE YA,MOM" kinda thanks! I won't denial that if you have a sister or other female family members who are moms , ,

, you also should be gracious in words to them as well. Now how is a Mother really defined as a human being well she is learns from her own parents what life is about, this includes showing the value of love in all of it forms even when they want to help you out they know that at some given time they have to turn to hope in that they and your father figure have done what's best in sharing a family tree of morals and lessons of life with you as they have put in their time giving you good answers to life's many questions or challenges as they hope you will put it to use for not just yourself if you so choose (that's up to you), most mothers want at some given time a branching of you in the way of giving you more adventure by giving you a chance at passing on what they taught to you. Moms can at times as I have said before be the only parent at times same goes with dads sometimes even if you have nothing of hope in your own life a woman can be giving of herself in adopting a foster child,sure the kid may not be blood kin to you but love matters no matter where or who it comes from? So to every one who is a mother right know or soon to be one Happy MOTHER'S DAY with words of respectable kindness to all. To a Very Special mother named Nancy thank you for doing what you saw best in raising five great kids as your heart still shows the reflection of who you are a loving person we know as , ,

A hopeful chance?

A question of great importance has really crossed my mind since the first time in two thousand eleven when I started the brain teasing every month with the desktop/site's plate change throughout the year. I'll say this it had come to me as a after thought for the remaining of the year, since I knew that I couldn't really upload videos clips here at Blogspot for over a couple of minutes at best,so I pretty much forgot about it for the most part. I also kept seeing sites that I would visit from time to time had entries called Podcasts,where you would hear a voice of those who operate the sites give you a live interaction with them then the site founder would air it over a thing called I-Tunes. Okay enough with the wallflower effects, but just recently I had a new viewer of this site from at work, ask me if this was much similar to a I-Tunes type of site where I would speak into a recording device and I'll tell you all I'm a wee bit computer suave, but I don't know how a podcast is even put together, but the person in question has had me Matt brainstorming about a more or less hearing my voice in here at my site. All I really know is I can maybe attach a voice clip in my profile but as to how to get it ever linked to a part of the site as I have said is beyond me, but I will try and find a way to put a part of my actual tone if I can only make it happen I know many of you would be pleased? or at least I'm thinking you would be because I don't know if I've said it before but on a audio cassette my voice is rather different, but really isn't everyone's in someway when recorded? Please let me know if any would like this but please in the comment tell me what I'd need to look for because a few years ago at Best Buy I got a small Microsoft LifeCam VX-6000 which has the ability to make a voice recording but how would I again upload it here to my site?

Everything starts oddly right....

Have you ever truly wondered........
I know your asking yourself why ol I Matt, want you to use that thing inside your rounded attachment on your body that's connected to that stick of flesh known as a neck, huh? well I really want you to use what's inside your noggin but don't you always you be saying and of course I do give all who come here great wonderment! Or at least I do hope I do from time to time for thoughtful reflection. For some reason today I got to thinking of how often we start everything with the number one always no matter if it's a start of a story we are reading we always start with the first act or scene. Perhaps a better way to see this is if your a viewing type person you start a movie or TV show from it's beginning and filled in as it plays out through the series what my point is we always start from number one. Yet here is a very big question for us all me included. Why do we always forget the number before one? what are you getting at, we all know it's ZERO, yet we never use it till after the number nine when counting for the number 10 right? and we of course don't come back to it till we reach the end of the next nine numbers and so forth....but when it comes to a story all of the zeros are the filling gaps of interests. There are a lot times when zeros are used for other things but how often when you write a zero it's more of a letter "O" and forgotten about more times than anyone wishes to admit huh? Today I was thinking about all the time we miss out on while we are in snooze land (sleeping) please take a moment and think of the hourglass above as a month for I was and it got me wondering can there be a missing lag of a added day if you take those hours can those amount to a whole one more day if we just didn't need to sleep. Could it be possible that there is never a four year gap of time amounting in what is a Leap year anymore? Or would there be a even one more added day more so......

Avengers week: The conclusion

Hello to all super movie goers or comic lovers world wide- Hey isn't a week suppose to consist of seven days not eight well YES....and have you had enough of AVENGERS week here at a site that is truly flappers for a lot things comic inspiring? Well to tell you I DID TRY and FORGET about this superhero movie whilst opening weekend is in AVENGING A TRUE LIE. I don't wish to spoil all of the great moments of this Fantastic film at all for those who want to witness it or do deserve a grand experience at your local movie theater. So with that being the case I will say only this of where it ranks on MY superhero movie list and for that it is topping the greatest that I have loved since I was a kid of a movie that starred Christoper Reeve as
the character seen here. All know is that the other two superhero flicks out this summer are going be trying to play catch up BIG TIME! I wish them luck even if I alone am the only one in the midnight screening of at least ONE of them.

My Favorite Saturday of the whole year here's why?

Hello out there in the "REAL WORLD",
Well I sure as heck shouldn't say that for the past few years the first Saturday of this month is the closest thing to a actual understanding of a LOVE in it truest form, but hey why can't a fellow who still has a deep rooted understanding of fictional characters such as these
, not be overjoyed on a great day as today, that is right today is FREE COMIC BOOK DAY. And what overgrown geeky nerd (I mean that with love, but of course.....) to anyone who doesn't know that as I always say being any kind of person who likes anything or everything cool makes one at least in part a nerd, and that's A-OK with those who know you best. After my Men's Breakfast at my church I attend I got myself together for day of basking in the world of comics, and boy was I in for a couple of surprises to say in the least ! That's right boys and girls where I went there were a few overlords of the Star Wars persuasion just to let one know whose true day was messed with just yesterday if you should wanna know? I went to Adventures Underground after doing a bit of banking stuff to find out over half of the FREE ones were picked up so I went and decided late this past Thursday I would get only a set of comics that I truly wanted to get while there which were the JLA/AVENGERS crossover from in the latter part of early two thousand , and also a most famous trade of BATMAN''S numerable uno bad dude the Joker, called "The Killing Joke as you can see though I did find part of what I was hoping to get above. I also had happen to get a few movie tie in to the BIG superhero movie that opened yesterday known as THE AVENGERS as seen here, I also as always went over to HASTINGS and found only one free comic left and it was limited at that because there was only three copies of that left.....Still I went and got three small mini trades of comics for under seven bucks. I had brought while at Underground seven new comics and they also had a deal that if you brought two new comics you'd get one used free, so I went back there after being in HASTINGS for a half hour and got a IMAGE series called DARKMINDS a from what I can remember as it was hyped when originally released a TWILIGHT ZONE meets GHOST IN THE SHELL or APPLESEED a pair popular Japanese Anime of the time in the early nineteen nineties. Finally here are,all of my comics from today that are Free and paid ones as well.

Boy or rather girl, oh never mind just please enjoy this for what it is,
To tell you a honest truth I have not met a woman who is just crazy like me about comics in general. Well I do know a few who are into the four Colored loving world of the art form but not like the little Miss I ran into yesterday. I had been at work for less than a hour and I had just come in from bringing in some carts from outside when I was headed to go help out the checkers with bagging sound pretty routine huh nothing exciting could have happen or so even I thought? Well just at that very moment there was this little girl about I don't know six or seven years old she had dark brown hair and she was just saying hi as any kid usually does as their about to catch up to who they are at the store with,it was just then I noticed her super cool Pink shirt and this was jaw dropping cool one. On the top near her neck it said in White "I REALLY,REALLY, LOVE MY SUPER POWERS" and below it it said "BECAUSE I LOVE MY SUPERHEROES!"What was in between the words brought a HUGE smile to my face and I bet in a million years you can't even guess as to what was on the shirt? Okay I'll spill the beans it was of course a Spidey head but what was cool about was it was RAINBOW filtered like a little Princess would like. Then I saw her mom and said "boy I hope she really does like or love heroes like that?" The mom responded "oh you better believe she does she really does...."

Avengers week: A late night clip

Hello comic lovers and movie buffs,
You know without a doubt this coming summer is going be Exploding in a few days time with a very well start up of heroes landing on the big screens. Yest here are to be at least a couple more superheroes crashing later in the course of break time from school young ones. Of course the other two are a certain Spider-fellow and a certain Bat-person who have had hits and misses of the past few decades at the movie theater, but I happen to of stayed up later tonight and on Jimmy Fallon I caught that first Avenger dude from last summer's movie about a guy with a certain star on his shield having a preview of said ""THE AVENGERS" which has only one character before this outing that has never seen screen time as a hero! Am I yet really the greatest fool ever or what?,
Well in one way I would say yeah but only because time seems to without a doubt files....I didn't even remember right away that today was the 1st of May? If you recall at the start of the month that only as I said a year ago this , pranking Smurf known as Jokey loves the first day of last month. Still I do believe that I Matt, had you left with your thinking caps on with these as hints to my desktop hunches...... , , , I had also given all a clue of sorts can anyone recall what that is? well if not was something about being fantasy related uh, that's not it, it was something like this related , right! Well if you put together that I'm a Trek fan as much as a He-Man fan boy and add that to a Next Gen theme you get what is ,last month desktop answer. Now as to last month's plate for here
,you could just say I went Vader hunting.... when I found this Elmo asking for the Sith lord's forgiveness for losing track of binding forces to a P.B.S. longest running kid show with puppets as slave masters for the empire on a certain street. All I gotta say is Vader better be ready to be stuffed himself into Oscar's can......
