Hey comic loving fans, I was earlier last night finding out about something related to a BIG legal deal going on between D.C. (better known as Detective Comics) whom happens, to have a copyright issue with true creators of their comic Icon know as SUPERMAN. Or rather their living survivors, so the debate over who created the "S" MAN goes on. Here are the names to remember most related to "The Man of Steel" Joe & Jerry these two gents at the ages of seventeen & eighteen came up with a comic book idea that would change the world forever 
, called Superman.Yet before coming up with a the character which we all known and love today did you know that originally Superman was convinced as a villain? it's true, while trying sell short stories to science fiction magazines in 1932 Joe Shuster who illustrated the story seen here
, in which in the tale a ordinary fellow by the name Bill Dunn, is chosen at random by a mad scientist Ernest Smalley to partake in a unknown experiment. The experiment gives Dunn extraordinary powers so he start to go mad and kills the scientist and attempts to conquer the planet with his power. By the end of the tale Dunn realizes he is a forgotten vagrant once more in another random breadline in which is similar to where Smalley first found him. This appeared in the third issue out of five that Shuster and Seigeal made from a copyright Shuster made called Science Fiction Fanzine Science Fiction: The Advance guard of Furture Civilization. It was six years later when Seigeal tried making a hero out of the name instead and sold it with them (he & Shuster still maintaining control over the true copyright of the origin and Lois Lane) to then National Periodicals in nineteen thirty seven who saw nothing in it till
, April the following year. For many years after selling the character because of a clause in the contract neither Seigeal or Shuster could ever get their portions back of the character even when both were still living Shuster died in a nursing home in the spring of nineteen ninety two (without any heirs but...I come back in a minute to how it will work for Shuster) Seigeal happen to have heirs and in the earlier part of last year to reclaim the full rights to their father's work if some live action production wasn't in the works by this past summer apparently. So how can the artist Shuster reclaim his rights you are wanting to know huh? well he has a nephew that will be able to claim them in the next few years because of his residing in his late uncle's estate.
So all in all what does this mean for Detective Comics themselves?, How much of the guy with the "BIG RED and YELLOW S" do they get to keep if anything at all?, well over the course of seventy three years of chronological history they came up with these weaknesses that he can't fight against most notability fragments from his own planet that come in varying colors known as Krytponite although Jerry Seigeal came up with it in a nineteen forties story entitled: "The K-metal from Krypton" yet it was NEVER published. Another part that D.C. can lay claim to is the Man of steel can't fight anything magical powered, They gave him flight where Seigeal and Shuster only let him leap tall buildings, and as for a great nemesis they made a great one with the human seen here

better known as Lex Luthor. When I had heard this tonight the person I was talking to had said that whatever happens it will start to take affect in later August of this year. What I brought up to him was did he happen to know which way D.C. was planning on going story wise of course he only told me he wasn't truly sure even through unlike me I like mostly Marvel as my top publisher of comics from time to time he seems to like Detective Comics as top dog in publishing, yet before I let you all go I forgot to say Marvel's co-creator of their vast universe was given a chance to play in the D.C. universe with his take on their leading titles

So I guess what I am getting at is it looks like Detective Comics may loose the first superhero to start them off in the first place, yet I'm sure they have many options of where they will take their "NEW universe" whether they put a "NEW SPIN on Superman or acknowledge the rightful creators of the character in print from now on", although I do have a feeling it will be a "NEW SPIN" so they can use the character the way they want to.

For some wired reason I have had the saying in my head "An APPLE a day will keep the Doctor away" for most of this past week or maybe it's been for the past two weeks I'm not really one hundred percent sure why?, but I have been putting BLOG in the place of the word known as APPLE. First off before I start this one I want you all to know it has been close to a full year for me Matt Byrd without having a heavy amount of sodium in my daily diet, sure I will admit I still have only my true amount everyday. I remember writing shortly last year before this date of seeing my regular doctor with my mother's friend Glenda Gibbs, I can tell you for this whole past year in salt I have cut out rewarding "Carbonated drinks" called Soda, No potato chips, and the hardest for me was Candy, yet all in all I am still here a whole year later healthier than when I was loading myself with more salt than any human should have for thirty eight years of my life. I'm glad it has made me a wiser person in watching what I eat and how much! I am also sure that you have noticed I don't have the Spider-Man Daily comic strip up above, this because where I go to get it has been offline for the past couple of days I and a lot of other SPIDER-MAN fans are wanting it back soon, I have been checking the site's FACEBOOK page and hopefully it should be up and running tomorrow morning, so my fringes are crossed for FRIDAY JUNE 25th that Spider Man Crawlspace - All Spidey, All the time. Created by Brad Douglas in 1998 will have a open page comment section for what had happen. For I will comment for sure of how much I missed it. I may even link my blog to the site as well, I know I have tried in the past to but maybe this time I'll have some luck? Anyway as to why A blog a day is important I believe it is like any form of expression FREEDOM to talk about what you care about and wanting to share it with a world that needs to understand what FREEDOM is matters most, which I am certain most of you will agree with won't you? I truly hope you are cool with today being the "windiest day of the whole year" on the whole planet, or shortest day of the year yeah that's right or at least I think it is?, Hey wait am I really in the right frame of mind if today JUNE 21st , I know that actually is the LONGEST Day of the whole year. I hope that whatever it will be that your doing not just today the first day of summer that everyone who reads this remembers that from now throughout the first week of September to wear some sun screen when your working out in the HEAT of the day over next three months. Today was NOT the first time I noticed it but once again my very thermostat is off kilter once again I'm not sure of why this seems to happen almost ever season RIGHT NOW it's a oven on over cooked HEAT in my little pad, but later tonight I will get this fixed whether by visiting my maintenance manger or by a phone call to the main office later tonight. Even with that being my truly worst problem to the start of my summer, I'm thinking it will be nice for walking as it was last year over the summer time. I'm hoping you will remember your H2o with anything you do please stay hydrated over this season of Scorching summer time, for if you don't you can ONLY BLAME YOURSELF for what happen to you for being a HOT HEAD! So sorry if you like to be a RED LOBSTER over this time of year as well, just have fun safety protected next three months where ever you live!
You out there wanting to know what Joy is should just ask someone like the writer of this blog is (been trying to yet again, find) for the last few months or so. I am NOT really sure of when I had yet again LOST or is that misplaced my pedometer 
for the last few months. I am pretty sure it was LOST since April when I was last over at my friend Jeff's house or maybe it was sooner than that! All that I DO KNOW is I didn't have it when I WANTED IT for my travels to Cuenca Ecuador where my parents now live of course, (for the last time I LOST this health tracker was on Christmas eve of last year), but as I vowed to stay the course with excising when I did lose it this time I contacted Jeff and till this past Saturday which was his birthday he had this in his glove compartment of his truck. Which I'm really thankful for.
Hey every one who's a Dad and to those who aren't as well,
As you all know today as for millions of people I find it sad that I can't spend time with my earthly father anymore for I know that he is somewhere safe probably enjoying hunting I'd guess or any of the other sports he loved. I find myself coming back to a lot of blog postings that I haven't released yet, about love and I also keep thinking about the times over the last couple of days or maybe it was more like a few from my vacation to Cuecna Ecuador this past May with my two nieces Bethany Paige and her sister Petra who kept telling me in some manner or other that I uncle Matt should try and come live with them and their family of ten children and "Be a Dad for a little bit of a while..." I know that I also get the same questions from their cousins Heidi & Cannon from time to time makes me wonder what a boy named Bryce is thinking from time to time as well? At any rate even though I know I'd LOVE to be one with all of my heart and soul, I know I'm NOT READY YET I WISH I was! Being any kind of father takes time to get right you have to be more than able to just able to LOVE someone in life you have to be Willing to invest understanding, patients, and so much more in the way of passing on what you have learned as well! Since I can't spend time with My father I can spend time with my own brother and his family if they are not busy or with friends who I know are fathers as well! Although I may not always talk about my alone time with GOD as much as I'd like here on the blog I know that I can most definitely know that HE won't turn away from any soul needing to know the meaning of being a father for even just a given day to someone who never thinks about it or everyone who WANTS or WISHES to be one. GOD knows us better than we know ourselves so won't YOU or even I let HIM, into your life today as a good mentor or even as a friend and remember HE will show you how to be a father any given day as long as you put meaning into wanting to be ONE from your SOUL.

I will bet in a million to one shot you can not guess what I sharing about with you besides a lot of ol fashion words on the given page of a hand gripped book in one's hand. (You or at least many of us now have those fancy computer wizgizit contraption like a I phone, a Ipod , or most likely a Kendall to read a story of any kind, but what I want to ask you is do all of these high tech toys take something away from the hard copy of a novel? I think that the most easiest answer is yes at least in one fashion, outside of word of mouth and that would be the cover art on ANY given book or magazines for that matter? Why does it seem being a artist outside of a graphic one for comics really matter much anymore, sorry that this is so very far from what I really want share wit you which are my summer reads for this year even though I'm not the fastest reader as you all should know by now I do love what I do get a hold of to simulate my ever expanding little box in my head known as a mind. I have just realized that this upcoming summer is gonna have more than one big hit to choose from for everyone to see and I think it's just crazy. Not because of us having so many choices to select from and like I just said it's crazy here is what I mean by crazy here in the united states alone the cost of one movie being twelve dollars and seventy five cents to see one movie for an adult in a place like Boise, Idaho or Connors, Georgia should the price of entertainment be so chac chine $ig$, I mean for gosh sakes doesn't Hollywood even care that all their efforts to make something entertaining is breaking every American's or even other peoples pocket books. I myself want to see a good movie or TV series that will last a lifetime in the way of a legacy, but with the way NOT ONLY Hollywood but network TV has been of late I feel the need to vent at least a little of why I think is failing us worldly consumers so much of late: 1, Everyone in Hollywood that are Writers want more than anything to come up with a pitch of a story that is far out there in taste to every person on the street to please the masses. 2, Hollywood seems content to produce only one type of series of shows since as far back as the very late nineteen nineties, which I myself feels has faded as soon as "it started" I am referring to "REALITY TV" or any along that said make up. 3, I wanna know when a new series starts why do networks only give them a trial run period of ONLY thirteen at most now to give off any kind of overview for the whole season when I remember at most twenty two to twenty six hours for a long time in the seventies, eighties, and into the early nineties, I guess what I'm getting at is I can see why soap operas are dying off besides mothers having to equally work to stabilize the household income,also when now most are falling out of love in what they had hoped was the relationship they always wanted forever in life. I really do think I should have named this post "WHY is entertainment dying out so fast, because no one knows what they care about anymore, even Hollywood types? I'm so very sorry about letting out more over stressed steam about the way I see entertainment just being a HUGE MESS I am over all glad we can all choose how to be entertained outside of TV or MOVIES. Yet here is what I'm hoping to see of movies that I hope will should excite any kid of any age or at least hopefully...... they are J.J. Arbhams and Steven Spillberg "SUPER 8", of course all of the superhero ones from THOR to even the first marvel hero Captain America, does that surprise ya I didn't think so? I even hear that the toys I keep bringing up here from time to time called Transformers. I'm sure they are many more still to come out as well that I don't know of yet, but I may still see them all the same!

Hey there my beloved readership of readers I know that for quite a VVVVEEEERRRYYYY LLLLOOOOONNNNGGGG time now as I have looked off to the right of my blog format layout page I have seen a slingshot effect of two postings over the last few months. It is between the one titled "GOODBYE DADDY...." in which I talk about my own father's very passing, which is still VERY HARD to contend with so much for anyone who knows what the meaning of loving and caring is like in life such as I do. (I know my dad is looking down on me with praise for those very words, even though as I said for him in life it was ALWAYS HARD to relate most times to those he loved most with words. At least I hope I portrayed him in a respectful loving way as only I could with all the sadness following through me as the words poured out as raw but true as peaceful final respects....) The other posting here at Day life of the Matt that is in high demanding read is "A show that got TERMINATED way too soon". In that one, I share about a series story of a boy who is meant to lead the future of humankind against a ternary known as The Terminator. In this I share of how after three films it lead to a television series known as
. With it being a two parter as far I still know for now (this could change), I'm still very undecided on the foreseeable aspects but like I just said you never know? Since seeing that very trend of late of many great series also ending way too soon I want to take a moment and ask YOU, "WHICH SERIES of YOURS has gotten axed, before it could be fulfilled?" Was it "HEROES" which was about people with ordinary lives finding out that each has something very special about them. Yet the ONE SERIES that I thought would of held strong was known by one letter of the alphabet V (which was a new take on the original known by the same name in the early nineteen eighties), this one had still the VISITORS come to earth but with more far reaching plot threads as to What is Blue Energy?, what is BLISS'S full effects on humans?, How are we connected to the VISITORS? there are many more questions ANY TRUE V fan has I'm sure that I have over looked as well as read this that found out in VERY early MARCH if not early April of this year about the supposed cancellation of the series itself. When ABC who ran the early parts of two thousands till two thousand ten with hits like

If you will recall in the beginning of this very novel Spidey was fighting a group of scavengers calling themselves the RAT PACK, whilst a very familiar old nemesis whom returned from being in hiding for several years has return to take over the city of that which Spider-Man calls home....or has he?
Peter Parker just knows that his old foe Norman Osborn who was in hiding in Europe, for a long time is up to something just plain diabolic in the way of being New York city's current public advocate to the mayor. Yet he also knows even through he'd love to pop Norman a hundred times over for all the personal turmoil for his past deeds he knows he can't touch him
, in chapter six of Goblin Moon Peter has to resort to taking time of keeping busy with such likes of "Lightmaster", Scorpion, the Gizzly, and of course Boomerang all of his many different foes but NOT THE ONE HE wants, and he's sharing photos of them with his lovely wife Mary Jane before leaving for her psychology class. When he promises her dinner at L'Ours Merveilleux after he has gotten paid by the Daily Bulge for his freelance work of said photos. When he arrives Betty Brant notices a bruise the size of Staten Island on his cheek, as he tries to offer his photos to city editor Robbie Robertson he finds that Robbie will only buy two of them since he's been bringing in a bunch lately. Johna Jameson catches Parker before he leaves the building for he wants to see him in his office, or rather Osborn does and then it happens Norman wants him on the staff as a employee not a freelancer and Peter's bound to want this offer until Osborn tells him it's in the company offices in Europe.... When offered the chance of a lifetime wouldn't you take it?, I know I would, wouldn't you as well in chapter 
seven, of Goblin Moon Mister Parker is offered such an opportunity by none other than his greatest enemy. Now Peter is sure that Osborn wants him out of the way with that job offer of being on staff is in Paris of all places, where really nothing BIG happens for him to take pictures of in the way of stopping crime as even Johna tries to admit Parker's better off in New York anyway even though he hates to be at Peter's defense. Osborn makes it more complicated by throwing in how he knows Mary Jane would love it there as well..... On the subway ride back to Forrest Hills where he and Mary Jane live in the house they inherited from May Parker whom died during the now classic over the top story known as (The CLONE SAGA 
in the monthly comic title of Amazing SPIDER-MAN), at another time I'll share with you how Marvel thought this would solved the married Peter Parker problem..... Peter is remembering how truly crazy Mister Osborn was in the past in 
chapter eight, he recalls his first time of meeting Norman as the father of his best friend outside of MJ of course, that friend was Harry Osborn, who off and on assumed the Green Goblin identity while Norman was in hiding. He recalled when Norman revealed to him as the Goblin's prisoner who the Goblin was and worst of all he recalled the death of a girl named Gwen. Knowing he can't touch Norman as him being public advocate to the mayor he blew off unwanted stress by catching a few drug pushers, when a thought occurred......Later that night he hopes to find any reason to find out if Osborn is perhaps faking his true intentions towards the mayor and to prove he's faking it all as he once did years ago with a case of amnesia. So Spidey hits
Osborn hard in chapter nine, by going right into the loin's den and finds he seems to be wrong when he confronts Norman's personal security team known as Securi team or is he? Yet before he even tries to leave Osborn gives him one word of advice "You should have taken the European job, boy!"....... Come the next morning 
Peter heads off to the Daily Bulge without waking Mary Jane knowing she'll get ready soon for her Psych class. In chapter ten Peter tells Johna of his decision to stay in New York yet he doesn't tell him completely why, even though Johna is happy Parker made the right choice he proves he is truly Spidey worst non costumed foe by mocking him the best way he does. After trying to find out if Osborn was going to kill the mayor, if he heard Parker didn't take the Paris job by staking out both the mayor home and city hall as Peter Parker he finally heads back to his own place in Forrest Hills. Only to find Mary Jane has been sleeping in the very same position since earlier this morning, and with worry he take her to the hospital as the web slinger as fast as his webs would carry the two of them......A frantic Spider-Man takes his stricken wife to Parkway hospital where he has taken Aunt May a bunch time when she fell ill...
in chapter eleven it's a emotional roller coaster ride for Peter Parker as he like anyone who has a love one in a doctor's care would like their own doctor helping that love one. After finding out what has happen to his wife from the main emergency doctor on staff he tries in vain to find his friend Curt Connors a doctor whom he knows who can help her, yet while at Empire state university finds out the doc is in Osaka Japan for a International Association for Biochemical Research conference. When the doctor who gave Peter this information and offered his help Peter declined knowing really only other scientists who were heroes like himself may hopefully be able to help his loving wife. Yet even though everyone he could think of was busy at the very moment he tried calling Parkway hospital getting no answer till he looked at the TV set of a report that made him just sicker.......

I just wanted you to all know that I have yet even more in store here at my blog site: say what now your asking right?, Well I have to admit I have been thinking about changing the header. The header before you ask is blog spot's reference to one's blog name or title. Here are some of the ideas I have running around in my noggin: "Sci-Fi warnings to date", "A LASER LITE SOUL, MORE in tune with the FATHER" by FATHER I of course mean our heavenly connection to GOD. "STAR DATE: ALWAYS UNKNOWN", "Words of a time long forgotten, or would that be foresighted", I only know I really wanna put some jazz into title for it to be catchy or something? Yet this is only a playground for me to share my mutterings, and improve my fantasies of being the best writer I can or could be, and hey there's nothing ever WRONG with that RIGHT?
So at long it is at a end, something many would call time to rest, to break away from the norm as if anything is really ever normal (when is life EVER THAT, Please would/will someone let me know if there is a answer to that one?), a time to see things from in a new light outside of your own life as well it would be referred to by some as well. Today is my final day of what is my vacation time and I don't know what I wanna do with it in the way of the last Hoopla before tomorrow morning at eight am when I need to start work! As I'm typing this I am cleaning ALL OF MY LAUNDRY doesn't that sound excitable???!!!??? I am thinking of either watching a DVD movie or series I have never seen before or maybe one I've seen a million times I just don't know?, or maybe rent something from REDBOX which is a another way to rent movies here in the states besides going to video store like BLOCKBUSTER . I haven't seen a movie in quite awhile maybe I will go see one I just don't know WHAT I WISH TO DO???

I believe that these two young ladies are more than ready to head for home to Hillman Minnesota, where their family is waiting with anticipation for their return as well, Yet there is just one thing standing in the way what to do for those last few hours: Well here what we did Chuck called me at a little after nine I was already "to roll for it" as a certain Autobot leader would say when leading his troops into battle. (who would that be?) we went to value village and got the girls some more books for on the train ride home, then pick up their uncle Lyle. Their uncle Micheal was able to show us the
new home that he and Kathie and the kids are buying super soon. What was really neat about that was Micheal knew the agent seller for a rel life time our old neighbor down on Hoxie Jerry Bastin. After getting to see what their new place looked like
